Lucy is our November Pet of the Month. She is the gorgeous blond whippet pictured here with her pal, Milo (the brindle whippet). Lucy has Lupus, which has contributed to some arthritis in her carpal (wrist) and tarsal (ankle) joints. She was on steroids for a long time also for her condition and gained some weight. So, she comes to Pawsitive Steps Rehab to ease some arthritis discomfort and also work on weight loss and she is doing great! Down 5# and still working on it. Milo didn't want to be left out so he comes in for a fitness program to burn some energy during Lucy's therapy appointments.
