We are extremely concerned about your safety and the safety of our staff. We are staying open because we believe that our pets are family. We want you to know that we are here for you.
Please read the following updates on our new policies and procedures to help us best assist you:
In response to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are following recommended precautions. As a result, we are unable to invite our clients into the building. We are seeing all appointments via curbside service. At this time, we will be doing curbside service for the foreseeable future.
For the safety of both clients and staff we ask that you please wear a mask for all interactions with our team.
When you arrive in the parking lot for your appointment please call us at (248) 564-0309 to get checked in for your appointment. We will also be collecting payment information over the phone at that time.
After checking in, your technician will call you and get a brief history. They will then meet you at the front door where we will exchange leashes and bring your pet in for their appointment. Please return to your car and remain in the parking lot until the end of your appointment.
For initial evaluation appointments we will contact you via a Zoom Meeting 30 to 40 minutes into the appointment time. If you do not have the Zoom app downloaded to your phone please let us know and we will call you instead.
For all other appointments a technician will contact you by phone approximately 30 minutes into the appointment to let you know how your pet is doing for their appointment.
